Do you offer complimentary shipping?

I am pleased to offer free shipping on all domestic orders within the continental US.

Can I ship my order internationally?

Yes, Sjarif Studios ships worldwide

How long will my order take to arrive?

All available items will be processed within 3 business days. Items should arrive approximately 2-6 business days after being shipped.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact me right away at hello@sjarifstudios.com. The cost of returning your item will be covered by me so it can be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

What is your return policy?

Items are eligible for return in unworn, unused and sellable condition with all original packaging within 15 days of the receipt of your package. Certain products and categories are FINAL SALE. This will be noted on the product page at the time of purchase. All discounted items are considered FINAL SALE.
